Since we provide digital educational products, our refund policy differs from physical products.
1. Digital Products
All courses sold on contentacademy.in are digital products delivered instantly after successful payment.
Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once course access has been granted.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment made for the same course.
Payment was successful but course access was not provided due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
Incorrect amount charged due to a system error.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Lack of time to complete the course.
User dissatisfaction after accessing course content.
Failure to read the course description before purchasing.
Poor internet connection or device compatibility issues on the user’s end.
Partial completion of the course.
Subscription cancellation after the billing cycle has started (if applicable).
4. Course Transfers
Purchased courses are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or resold to another person.
5. Unauthorized Sharing
If course materials are found to be copied, distributed, recorded, or shared without authorization, course access may be permanently terminated without any refund.
