New Delhi / October 31, 2024: Ed-tech firm Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd is aiming to achieve a significant milestone of Rs 600 crore in revenue for the current fiscal year. This ambitious target is fueled by a series of strategic acquisitions and partnerships with renowned foreign educational institutions.

Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman of Veranda Learning Solutions, expressed optimism about the company’s robust performance and growth prospects. He emphasized the company’s commitment to capitalizing on the burgeoning ed-tech sector and delivering value to its stakeholders.

Veranda has been actively pursuing inorganic growth opportunities to expand its reach and offerings. Notable initiatives include the launch of short courses in partnership with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and the foray into Middle Eastern markets through collaborations with Jumeira University Connect.

To support its growth trajectory, Veranda’s board recently approved an increase in the borrowing limit to Rs 1,000 crore. This additional financial flexibility will enable the company to fund its expansion plans and invest in innovative initiatives.
